About Vikalia

Vikalia sells a wide range of high quality flexible packaging products to suit many and varied applications. All material is printed in Korea using state of the art rotogravure printing processes and can be supplied as rewind or preformed bags.
Using the customer-provided artwork a hard paper colour proof is prepared for approval prior to proceeding to cylinder production. Cylinders are produced using Helio equipment for the highest quality rotogravure printing. Film is printed on the reverse side using up to 9 colours prior to lamination using either dry and/or extrusion lamination methods. Laminated reels are then allowed to age prior to slitting or bag production, packing in cartons and shrink wrapped onto pallets ready for export.
